Two-year open-label extension data presented at EADV Congress 2026 showed sustained efficacy and a safety profile consistent with prior experience through up to two years of treatment at the approved 8 mg twice-daily dose; no deaths, thrombosis, or major adverse cardiovascular events reported in that cohort. UK (MHRA) approval for severe AA followed in March 2026.
