In short: all three sell hair-loss products in India with online doctor access, but they're built differently. Traya is a doctor-led programme with a hair test, monthly kits, coaching and a diet plan, mixing modern and Ayurvedic products. Man Matters (men) and Be Bodywise (women) are sister brands selling products and kits directly, with consultations available. The medicines with the strongest evidence, minoxidil and (for men) finasteride, are available in all three and as cheaper generics.

Pick based on what you need, not the brand:
- Do you know the cause? If not, start there. A kit can't fix thyroid, iron, PCOS or alopecia areata. → Cause finder

- Do you want to pick products yourself? Man Matters and Be Bodywise are closer to a shop.
